Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
The shipment of products purchased on www.Lecheryshop.com will be delivered by express courier, generally within 1-4 working days from the order. For orders placed by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks. By "working days" we naturally mean from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.
For customized products, it may take approximately three working days longer than the stated delivery times. We also inform you that, in conjunction with particular events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant care in compliance with the established times.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
For payment by bank transfer Following the order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we are awaiting the approval of the payment to process your purchases.
Upon receipt of payment on our systems, you will receive a subsequent e-mail message that will confirm that the order will be processed and processed shortly; in particular you will find:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS INFORMATION
We intend to guarantee the complete satisfaction of our Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items purchased online and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article, of equal or greater amount, must send an email to email@example.com The return request must necessarily take place within 14 days of receipt of the purchased good, and only on condition that returned items are intact and never used
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To send one or more returns, the Customer must comply with specific conditions: The mechanical items to be returned must not have been worn, washed or treated in any way. Returnable underwear must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way. The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately. All other labels of the article, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, it reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit.
A few days may elapse between the date of receipt of the return and that of the refund.
Refunds are made in the same purchase currency, and with the same payment method used by the Customer (in case of cash on delivery, by bank transfer to the coordinates indicated by the Customer. current must be the same as the order). Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
It should be noted that if the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he will be reimbursed for the total amount of the purchase including the original shipping costs (standard delivery only). The costs of returning the order, equal to 5 Euros using the agreed carrier, and the additional costs arising from the user's choice of the cash on delivery payment service will not be reimbursed.
In the event of defects and / or non-conformities, the Customer will be entitled to a free return of the disputed items.
